It is more important now than ever to learn how to quiet the mind. Help is available to all of us who are able to stop the chatter of the ego mind. It is a necessary step to receiving guidance from our celestial helpers. Think of it like your mind is a phone line. If it is busy, you can’t get an incoming call from your guides. It’s just like that, there is no call forwarding, it’s a one way line. Here are a few very simple techniques that anyone, even children can do. I have been given these techniques during my quiet mind sessions and I’d like to pass them on to anyone who is willing to try.
Quiet The Mind Meditation Techniques
Using The Breath
1.)Release thought through the eyes:
Inhale deeply, exhale letting your shoulders and lungs drop
Stay a moment in that still place before you inhale
Inhale the stillness while your eyes are closed,
Exhale all the busy thinking out your open eyes
Repeat until you have reached a calm and peaceful place of quiet mind.
2.) Always Here:
Your “Always Here” is your higher self, the pure energy part of you that lives in the present moment and has access to the answers to all of your questions. It is the part of you that lives on after you die- you are never separate from it, but you must be still and aware of the moment to access its wisdom. When you connect with it you feel a deep peace of complete safety that knows no fear.

Inhale and ask “Always?”
Exhale answering “Here”
Repeat several times then change the question and answer to:
Inhale asking “Here?”
Exhale answering “Always”
Repeat several times then change the sequence to:
Inhale asking “Always?”
Exhale answering “Always.”
Inhale asking “Here?”
Exhale answering “Here.”
Repeat several times then change the sequence to:
Inhale asking “Always?”
Exhale answering “Here”
Inhale asking “Here?”
Exhale answering “Always”.
Repeat until you are in a state of oneness with your higher self, completely relaxed and at peace in the present moment.
