($80 for chakra scale session, plus $350 for 7 sessions creating Mantra song recordings)
Week 1 Kathleen will guide you to:
- Discover Your Body’s Musical Key-download chakra scale mp3
Week 2-8 Kathleen will guide you to:
- For each of your 7 major chakras we will write a positive affirmation/intention to recalibrate old negative thinking for the highest good
- Decide their rhythm and pace
- Compose a melody with the 4 note formula
- We will record the 7 Mantra songs onto an mp3 player which will be mailed to you at the end of the course.
