There are a multitude of meditations from beginner to advanced to help you get centered, grounded and relaxed so that you can perform to your maximum capacity. There is nothing like being able to counteract the adrenaline that begins to pulse through your veins before a performance. Meditation is a great tool to prepare yourself for performance. We all warm up our bodies to perform, but warming up the heart and mind offer huge advantages too. When your state of mind is open, alert and calm, you are ready to confidently share your gifts with your audience.
One of my Tara Brach favorites is Relaxing Open,it slows the hear beat and breating and leaves you with a sense of peace and confidence. There are many guided meditations to choose from all less than 20 minutes long. Her voice is gently encouraging and very pleasant to the ear. Her guided meditations will charm you with results.
